1. Read the drawings clearly, check the shape and size of the workpiece to be processed, determine whether the workpiece is qualified, and determine the machining allowance. Prepare corresponding tools, measuring tools, and fixtures, and ensure that the measuring tools are accurately calibrated.
2. Reasonably select processing technology and equipment (equipment accuracy) based on workpiece allowance and process requirements.
3. Reasonably select the clamping method and process benchmark of the workpiece based on its shape and process.
4. When clamping, first clean the inside of the * hole, apply lubricating grease, and ensure that the contact area of the * hole angle is over 85%. If the contact surface is too small, find your supervisor to arrange and repair it before continuing to use* Due to natural damage, spare * should be used and immediately reported to the workshop planner for new * purchase.
5. Fixture clamping, first correct the position of the fixture, process the fixture according to the process requirements, and then install the workpiece.
When grinding slender workpieces, a center frame needs to be added.
7. Reasonably select grinding wheels based on the material properties, dimensions, and technical requirements of the workpiece being ground: diamond grinding wheels are used for alloys, and corundum or silicon carbide grinding wheels are used for steel; When grinding with coarse-grained grinding wheels, the production efficiency is high, but the surface of the workpiece is relatively rough; When grinding with fine-grained grinding wheels, the surface roughness of the workpiece is better, but the productivity is lower. On the premise of meeting the roughness requirements, coarse-grained grinding wheels should be selected as much as possible to ensure higher grinding efficiency. Generally, coarse-grained grinding wheels are used for rough grinding, while fine-grained grinding wheels are used for fine grinding. When the contact area between the grinding wheel and the workpiece is large, coarser grained grinding wheels should be selected.
8. Strictly control the feed amount during the machining process of the machine tool. By observing the grinding of workpieces and the operation of equipment through methods such as listening, seeing, touching, and smelling, if any abnormalities are found, the workshop should be stopped immediately for inspection, and the section leader should promptly notify the maintenance team leader to report for repair. If there are on duty personnel in the maintenance team who do not carry out maintenance and do not give a response, the section leader should report to the workshop office, which will directly report to the production department for record keeping and the production department will handle the equipment department. It is strictly prohibited to leave the work position when the machine tool is in operation.
9. After the grinding wheel is dull, it should be repaired in a timely manner and cannot be forcibly used to avoid safety accidents.
10. According to the processing requirements, when grinding close to the size, the feed amount should be reduced and the grinding frequency should be increased, and the detection frequency should be increased to ensure processing accuracy and surface quality.
11. According to the drawings and process requirements, the equipment department adjusts the equipment, pays attention to the product quality status at all times, and promptly reports any problems to the supervisor and relevant personnel.
12. After the steel parts are processed, the dimensions can only be measured after the product cools down.
